Eye pain after head injury

About 10 minutes ago I hit my head on the ledge of the counter so hard it broke. I can't really tell exactly where I hit it because it all hurts. I think it's in the middle of my head to the right. I'm now starting to feel a pain in my right eye, it's kind of throbbing. I also feel pain all over the back of my head. Anything to be worried about?

I would definitely go to get an exam immediately . You could have a clot form inside your head, could have a bleed inside , or a concussion. So many things. If you vomit that's also a sign of something going on . I mean it's too tricky to know but a doctor would know. My  brother had a closed head injury and the day after he went into a coma from a small bleed from a blood vessel that ruptured. They fixed it with surgery but he was in coma for a month..  I am pretty informed on this subject as I lived at the hospital for at least a month learned alot about head injuries his eye had pressure behind it and it was from internal pressure.  . Take care hope all is well and I would get checked
