I, too had surgery to remove a hemangioma,  Do you know its location?  I would push your docs for rehab (PT, OT and possible speech therapy).

I'm 57 years old and the tumor size was 2.8cm.(To the best of my recollection)I have informed my Doctor of all my complications and he keeps telling me that people heal at different speeds and I'm just taking a long time (it's ben 8 months since my surgery).
I tried to get physical therapy but my Doctor (the surgeon) said no.Also no to Chiropratic care.
I would appreciate any suggestions that you might pass along.

Hi,

How old are you? The length of recovery depend on age, general health of the patient, location and size of the meningioma. I would suggest you to opt for physical and occupational therapy to reduce these impairments. Also please be sure to inform your doctor incase a new symptom appears.
