Pain in back of head with movement

A little background. 64 yr old female. Spent last two weeks driving 3 hours a day moving 87 year old mother into assisted living. A week ago we spent a 10 hour day clearing out her house. Headache next day and day after that whole body aches with more intense headache. Went to chiropractor that morning. Late that day intense pain in back of head when bending forward, coughing, clearing throat. Went online to ask a doctor where I described recent activities but was told it sounded like sinus infection. Next day saw chiropractor again who just gently did range of motion in neck and head and said he had never in 60 years of practice ever seen anything like it. I then went to doc who said probably comes from stress and tension and scheduled CT scan 4 days from now. I am using heat on back of neck and head every couple of hours and taking Ibuprofin every 4 hr (which I'm not supposed to because I take a beta blocker. Very frustrated at amount of time to get a scan because of pending insurance approval. Constant dull pain all over head along with those agonizing bursts of pain with certain movements. I need relief! I have a 6 year old granddaughter to care for.
