Persistent Nausea, Fatigue, Tinnitus and Balance Problems after Mild Concussion

In May this year I accidentally hit my head against an edge of a barbell at the gym. The barbell was stationary and was unloaded and I just walked into it hitting with my eyebrow, the blow was not very hard no loss of consciousness or severe pain. Been checked by A&E on the day it happened and was sent home. However since then every time a slightest bump, shaking, or even a touch (if not extra careful) on my head or when something bumps on the bridge of my nose (like putting on glasses for example) suddenly I get these symptoms: feeling like my head loses its balance (the room is not spinning as in vertigo but instead just my head feels very heavy and wants to drop from my shoulders), a mild anxiety fit follows, then pretty bad nausea, the back of my neck becomes kind of stiff and then later severe fatigue begins (cannot even sit down have to go and lay down). I have been living in hell because of that for nearly two months now as obviously unable to work cook or travel anywhere without this being triggered. Triggers happen usually 1-2 times per day can be more often. My GP has ruled out BPPV and said it is most likely balance issues like disequilibrium or something. I'm awaiting for my MRI scan now but not sure when and how fast it is gonna happen. What medicine is appropriate here so I can stop feeling out of balance and nauseous?  I have been prescribed Cyclizine Hydrochloride 50 mg. Please can somebody comment if this is a good choice? What medicine is usually prescribed here? And what are the best therapy/treatment options for me? Thanks
