Pop in head?

Well basically I was in class and I held my breath to lean back in my chair to pull up my pants and when I came back down  and felt a little light headed, saw the black film like you're going to pass out, that's common for me, I didn't really eat anything today so the might of been the cause of the feeling faint. Then i felt a slight pop in my top right forehead like a sinus pop. I know it's a little far fetched but, Stoke? do you hear a blood vessels pop? Or what could it have been. I was listening to music. Theirs a big possibility that it could of been that, but I felt it. (So I think I did) it the top right forehead.so my question is should I be worried? I do not feel numb nor do I feel dizzy I just feel a little odd Because I have anxiety it could be something bad. Thoughts?
