Is my head injury serious

I was attacked then got into a fight to protect myself 3 nights ago. Black eye, lots of hair ripped out (practically bald at back) bruises on face and lumps on head. I have since slept a power of hours, still have very bad nausea, had loss of vision out of one eye but it is back but still distorts at times. Had ringing in one ear when move head a certain way and keep getting pains out that same ear. Different pains all over my head..some intense at times. Don’t feel myself...feel slowish and less concentration. When sitting up I have jumped with panic feeling like I am spinning and then going to fall. I have very bad anxiety and takes me to leave house most times and with these bruises etc it’s making the anxiety worse to go out to the doctors and get seen to and don’t know what I should do. There has been no bleeding that I have seen but scared it might be inside the head with these symptoms
