Tingling, pressure, dripping sensation, all in head and won’t go away?

So for a few months now I’ve been trying to find the answer to my problems. It started when one day at work I felt a pins and needles feeling in the back of my head. I tried to ignore it for the whole day and it didn’t stop. I went home and felt as though I was getting a fever, cold and hot, shaking, ect. So I went to bed and woke up fine. A few days later at work I get so scrambled in my head as if it was racing I had to go home again. Now I’ve been fighting for about 1 1/2 to 2 months symptoms of tingling in my face and twitching in my temples, eyes, lips, forehead. I’ve had moments where my head became light and i felt extremely weak in my body as if I was about to pass out. I’ve had my head feel like a egg of pressure along with the back of my neck. Ever since that day with the pins and needles I have felt sick in some form and it will not leave me alone. I have had brain MRIs done, with contrast as well, the only thing found was a patch of dried blood they determined already healed and must’ve happened awhile ago (I played 8 years of youth and high school football) and a abnormality in some blood vessels they believe to just be a birth defect type deal. Anyone have any idea? Anyone have similar symptoms? I’m a 19 year old male.
