Lump on forehead

I have a lump on my forehead that comes and goes. It lasts for 6-8 hours then goes away, usually at night. I've been to a neurologist, neurosurgeon, vascular dr.  And nobody knows what it is.   I have had about 16 bumps since feb2104. I went to a dermatologist and he can't help me unless he sees it and not just my pics. The problem is that they are usually at night and the dr is not it at night.   The bump is the size of a quarter.    Help !!

I've had blood work visited a neurologist, neurosurgeon, vascular dr and a dermatologist. The bump is in the same spot every time . The dermatologist said he can only help if he sees it. The problem is that I don't know when it will come .   Today I got one during the day but the dr. Offices not open on Sunday. I only have pics to show the dr. I take a pic every time I get one.

Hi!
If the bump comes and goes and is not in the same place and comes only at night, then you probably have some water retention. It would be good to get kidney and liver functions assessed and rule out diabetes, thyroid disorders and adrenal gland dysfunction.
Please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
