snowboarding head injury

Yesterday I went snowboarding with my sister and her friend. While getting off the ski lift, my sister lost her balance , swung her arms and hit me in the face, causing me to fall to the ground and her to fall on top of me. I hit my head on the ground hard, experiencing extreme pain in the back of my head, so much so I felt like I was going to cry-which I never do. It took me a few minutes to get up, and when I did, pain exploded in the back of my head.
Since then, I've been tired, angry, irritable, expirienced mood swing and headaches. should I go to the doctor to check for a concussion?

It is possible that you did suffer a slight concussion, but I do not think  you need to run out and go to a doctor. I would just take some basic over the counter pain meds for a couple of days and you should be fine. Now if you are  feeling dizzy or notice that your pupils are 2 different sizes GO to a doctor. Also if you are just plain scared then by all means go see one.
