Hi,

There are a lot of herbal OTC products available for enhancing memory, although their efficacy is questionable.
The best way to enhance memory is by mental exercises like solving puzzles, learning a new language or learning a musical instrument.

Hi,

Did he lose consciousness or get any nausea or vomiting at the time of injury?
It is quite possible that these symptoms are due to after effects of the head injury. I would suggest to you to please schedule an appointment with a neurologist as soon as possible as he may need to under a CT scan or MRI of brain to diagnose the cause of his symptoms. Keep us posted.
