Hello,

Rabies is typically transmitted from animal to animal (human) via a bite; i.e., the virus lives in the saliva of the rabid (or infected animal) and is transmitted to the blood stream of the bitten animal.

If you are considered about symptoms that you are experiencing, you should consider seeing a healthcare provider.

Hello,

In general, the answer to your question is "No". The rabies virus requires a very specific environment to live--warm, appropriate salt content, etc... (saliva in an animal or human).
