asthma, can't exhale, exhaustion, sleep disorders, nausea

I was working in Indonesia for a year and when I came back to the US a month after I had developed asthma and got severe crippling sleep apnea.  I am still nauseous from drinking water and had charcot leyden crystals and strings in my stool, but the stool samples were negative otherwise.  I have ascites in my liver with NAFLD and elevated AST ALT over 80/260 after surgery (probably 160/520 at post op)

Hello,

There are many risk factors for obstructive sleep apnea (obesity, age, narrow airway, large neck circumference, smoking, alcohol or sedative use) and other risk factors for central sleep apnea (age, heart failure, kidney failure, brain or brain stem disorders.

Have you had a sleep study? What were the findings and recommendations from your healthcare provider?

Are you overweight or obese and do you have other risk factors?

I can't exhale and have some resistance and no prednisone/dulera helps that.  I have GERD and some urological infection, prostatitis.  I was really worried after surgery and took 72g of NAC and 50g of glutamine.
