My father has this condition for last 15 years or so, He went to AIIMS and doctors said there is no cure.  He started off losing the balance and then the situation got even worst rapidly.  He got to a stage where he was not able to speak properly and walk.

Someone told him to start Pranayama Breathing Exercises (Kapalabhati and AvlomViloma), He started these exercises.  We saw a huge improvement in his condition, he now able to speak properly and can walk using a walker help.  His condition improved a lot and its not going further down.

I am taking my time to tell everyone that even though medical science is not able to help with this disorder but based on my Father's experience Ramayana made a huge difference.

Hope this helps others.

Sorry but i think you need to repost your question in the neurology forum. This one is for Trigeminal Neuralgia and doesn't address many of these symptoms.
