Body temps before ovulation, after, before period and after. I'm So confused. Please Help!!

I'm so confused on when these temps rise and fall.  I charted my ovulation this month and I was ovulating on the 11 and 12th. Both were positive days. Well I didn't start checking my temps until I seen where someone on here mentioned theirs then it got me to wondering. How exactly does that work?  Please help me. I've been reading here and reading there and I'm not AS confused but still not clear. Thank you so much! :)

Your BBT will spike when you are ovulating or after you ovulate, so you may miss your window of opportunity charting that way. The best way to check for ovulation is with an ovulation prediction kit. They are like 20 dollars for 7 tests. It will tell you when you are going to ovulate, the ClearBlue tests will show an LH surge 24-36 hours in advance of ovulation, giving you the most opportune times to BD! Since you only ovulate for 24 hours or less, these are really the best option! Good luck, and SSBD!!
