TTC tricks?

Question

Anybody know any tricks to help increase the chances of conception??  My husband & I have been ttc for a while now (not too long, but long enough for me, lol) and I was just wondering if anyone had used herbs, or teas, or anything else that helped to conceive quicker.  We bought Pre seed lube to try next month, so I hope that helps, lol Has anyone head of it??  Thanks in advance. ;)

I took a 500mg maca pill with my last pregnancy which ended in a mc but not related to the maca but because of fibroids. Check out the TCOYF.COM supplement boards for more supplements its the website for Taking Charge Of Your Fertility. Its where I found out about maca.

I use OPK to see if I ovulate & I did have ovulation pain the first month but havent' noticed it since, but I have been really busy with stuff.  

We just found out on Friday that my hubby has a low sperm count (6.2M) so I ordered some supplements off a web site that I buy pre seed from, for me & my husband.  I really hope it helps!

Hi,

I have used/been using pre-seed.  It is a very nice product, I have problems with dryness and it helps a lot and it is sperm friendly   I have not fall pregnant as yet, also still trying.  Good luck

Ps have you seen a doctor as yet to see if you ovulate?

I tried using the instead soft cups they worked twice one sadly ending in a chemical pregnancy and the second my baby had anecephaly and had to be terminated which is no way related to how i tried. but in my opinion they worked the best

I've heard good things about preseed! I also totally believe that taking extra vitamin B does the trick too! 
Check out "deanna's plan", it's featured on one of the first posts on this group. That could possibly help you along your way!
