TTC with one ovary

Hello everyone,

I had a lap done almost 7 years ago, because of chocolate cysts, endo and tumor on my right ovary. During the procedure, my right ovary was removed. After that I was on Yasmin pills till now (almost 7 years), except of six months in 2009, when I was on Zoladex shots, after a punctuation done on my left ovary, so that I can keep my left ovary "in shape".
So, I finished with my last Yasmin pill on 11th of July and after I got my period and it ended I am TTC. This is so new to me, so I am asking if anyone have had some similar experience and what are my oddis to conceive naturally?
Thank You!

Hi
I have great news for you. I have one ovary and i conceived Zoey my now 9 month old naturally. It jsut takes lots of patience and lots of DTD... not that DH will moan abotu that.. I knwo its the hardest thing when youa re TTc but try and be relaxed and take it easy, wish i knew then what i know now... I have a brith defect that was discovered in 2005 and i also only have the left ovary... jsut think in biological terms you still have 1 million eggs... jsut one has got to meet a sperm! Loads of baby dust and good luck!

It may be a little difficult but not impossible!! I found this info for you:

I would say you should follow "deanna's plan", it's featured in one of the first 3 posts on this group! I think it would help you!
