Something very similar happened to me last cycle..i was taking a break after 2 clomid cycles and trying natural.. I have never ever spotted midcycle and last cycle i had spotting days 18-21 with abdominal pains and then again from days 24-26; i really thought it was implantation bleeding the second time and ovulation spotting the first time as the timing seemed perfect... Hpts were negative and i finally got af on day 39 .. My RE said spotting might be caused due to hormones going up or down;
i just wanted to share and i do wish you get a BFP !

can you see your doctor and get a blood test? i've never had a cycle like that so while i can't share the experience i do think it's worthwhile you going to the doctor to find out what's going on.

im not sure what to make of all the spotting, because normally i never do. but i guess maybe since its such a long cycle that i will spot. today im having cramping but still only spotting, and normally when AF comes its full force. guhh. i've been trying since feb and i was so excited with AF never came, but very depressed when every hpt was neg :(

I had a cycle like this once. It was about 45 days or something like that. It drove me crazy and a few tests later I ended up with AF. Not sure why or how it was so long but hang in there. There's always a chance that a test may not show up right away...you could possibly go to your doc and get a blood test done. Otherwise you'll just have to wait for AF to come. The spotting could be it slowly showing up.
Good luck...SSBD>
