I'm sorry things have been getting worse and hope they can get to the bottom of what's going on! Send me a PM with updates?
Thanks - I am going back in for several more test and aMRI of the spine, fingers crossed something comes up! My hands and legs are just getting worse :(
Tingling felt in the pinky finger can also be from a problem in the cervical area (your neck).
Sometimes the pains and sensations we feel in one part of the body could be referred from somewhere else.
LivingInHope did give you some thought about the results you listed in your previous post.
I am not a doctor and you have been seen by lots of specialists and have had lots of tests carried out without an answer to help your problem.
Looking at the problem that you have from a different angle, have you considered your footwear, wearing of insoles inside your shoes, the way you walk and stand on your feet? Are you overweight or had any injuries in the past that may be aggravating your condition?
Have you had a blood test to check to make sure you do not have diabetes? Having diabetes or prediabetes with high uncontrolled sugar levels can cause peripheral nerve damage.
Have you had any recent xrays or imagining of your foot to rule out any bone spur growths? These can press on nerves and cause pain and discomfort.
You also write that you have issues with migraines. You may already be aware, but migraines can be triggered of by certain foods like coffee or caffeinated drinks, chocolate, red wine, cheese, oranges. Some people have other trigger foods. Stress, anxiety, glaring a screen for too long, and flashing lights can also trigger migraine attacks. Do keep a diary to write down what you eat and drink and other points so that you can find out what may be triggering off your migraine attacks if you have not found a cause yet.
here are some of my lab results

Regarding the pinky thing- I had a tingling pinky problem and a physical therapist asked if I'd been leaning on my elbow. I discovered I do it when I'm sitting at the computer on office chair arm. She had told me basically about the ulnar nerve, which if compressed (as happens when leaning on the elbow), can cause the pinky to tingle. Do you lean on your elbows?
