thoracic pain getting worse& it's going str8 thru 2 my chest!

Ok I have chronic back pain for starters. It started in my 20s. At 21 I was beat with a police baton on the back of my head and on my back mostly upper. Since then I've been in a couple car accidents(whiplash) I've had incidents lifting heavy boxes at work and even fell really hard straight down on my rear at a store. Anyways I've had MRIs on my cervical, thoracic and lower lumbar. Which have showed my issues getting worse over time. I used to see a Dr. (Took high dose pain meds for close to ten years) I haven't seen a Dr. In close to 3 yrs now. At one point because I listened to ppl who don't know better I actually considered myself an addict. But don't think that now after lots of thinking on the why's,etc of my own personal situation. I do believe my tolerance levels are different from other ppl. They always have been even as a youth. From the jump the meds most ppl would find helpful didn't do squat for me. It could be different now of course but as of 3 yrs ago my problems included... lower lumbar herniated disc, thoracic herniated disc, sciatica, pinched nerve(multiple),degenerative disc disease (started early,in my 20s) I'm 44 now. Also neurapathy I believe where my hands go numb, well there's pain as well. Pain, burning, very painful! I've got TMJ, since 17 yrs old. My ears ring, sometimes as I fall asleep it gets so bad it's unbelievable noone else can hear how loud! I know it's inside my head! The back of my head gets numb sometimes as well. My tailbone curves in the opposite direction as normal ppl! I've had over the yrs what I call 'episodes' I don't know what or why but the first was almost 10 yrs ago. One day I vomited. Then again. And every 20-30 mins again and again I couldn't sleep because I couldn't lay down I felt something like heartburn I say it that way because up until then I'd never had heartburn or indigestion in my entire life! It felt like something was in my chest very uncomfortable. Maybe from all the vomiting the bile irritated me who knows this went on for days, I could eat everything I drank came up! All in all it lasted 11 days! I went to the hospital only to have them say they didn't know that it must be heartburn! All they could find was my potassium was low and gave me a drip as well as a prescription for finagin suppositories! About 4 yrs later it happened again this time lasting 7 days. I must say anytime I think I'm going to puke I get so scared that it won't stop if it starts! So not sure if that helps but im trying to be thorough. So since I've been without a Dr and off all medication in the last 2+ yrs other mysteries have made my body home! My ankles sometimes swell up on of my feet just decided to blow up like a balloon and will be so painful I can't walk. Once the ER told me it was cellulitis. Who knows! If so how!? Ok so my pain in my upper back is the most painful because it's always occuring but now it seems to go through my body in my chest. Dead center. If I do anything with my hands, arms such as house work, any of the things I used to enjoy such as writting, painting, etc it only makes it so much worse. Sometimes it burns I mean burns. I believed it was a nerve before or maybe when I was beat that a piece of my bone maybe splintered off into a muscle, never sure and less so now. I've had a lot of stress in my life more so lately. And in a period of a CPL months I seemed to have gained weight very quickly and without the enjoyment of eating gooey sweet stuff! Like I don't know why I gained! Also for a period of about 3-4 months I had diareah pretty much every day! But before I'd been chronically constipated my entire life, never knowing it. I mean I thought constipation was feeling like having to go but couldn't get it out! I never felt that, I just thought I was normal going 2-3 times a week. But after this diareah I believe was stress related, I now think I'm normal going daily! Another mystery I suppose. I also now get headaches regularly pretty bad ones lasting all day or overnight even 2 days sometimes. I've always had trouble sleeping. I have no car so if I have to walk somewhere my feet fall asleep now. Something actually is always falling asleep now! And before I've always had normal blood pressure but now it gets really high on occasion. Then like the other day I got dizzy, felt as if I was gonna pass out or vomit, my hearing went out my ears rang, I took my BP it was extremely low so low according to all the BP websites it could've been fatal. Thinking back I've had those type episodes before as well I think I wrote them off as a panic attack! If I'm carrying anything from the store my hands start to get the pins and needles feeling as they fall asleep! My chest hurts badly. I got the ear driving me insane and Charlie horses in my feet,! OMG they get cramped up I can't move them! I got something weird going on in my left leg where if I get on my knees there's a pain in my left knee very sharp. I found that if I rub my finger over an area I can feel a nerve jumping or reacting it's strange. Also in my left foot under my 2nd toe on the bottom or under part whenever I stand up it walk there's a pain when pressure is applied yet nothing there no swelling or redness no cuts etc. Then there's this thing in my chest when I bend over it feels like a bone is popping over another bone it's painful it eventually goes away after I straighten out but tonight it happened and it was the worst yet. Maybe because of the chest pain I'm having which has lasted going on two weeks now. I feel like someone has a fist wrapped around my heart,my lung,my liver I don't know it's dead center between my breast. They're squeezing it. It's pressure, pain, no burning like before but as if something large is there. I feel like I have to burp on occasion but I can't I don't. But sometimes feel like it may come up and out of my throat! Others have noticed my hands shaking pretty bad the last two days. I know because I need dental attention badly that I possibly have an infection about to occurred it's likely gonna make heart issues arise or even a brain infection but I can't do anything about it. I've always got a toothache in one or more teeth. I've had 2 break off and at least 5 more need to be pulled before they break. With all these issues I must sound like a hypocondriac but I assure you all I am not. I've read a few post here and you all have me wondering now if my gall bladder us the issue. Even though I know my herniation or pinched nerve have to play some part in this and maybe all the nerve damage and pain I feel is just coincidentally happening along with or as my chest issues have made thier unwanted and unpleasant debut in which I feel they've married unto one another and are now one inside and upon me! Dramatic,I know! But if you could only feel what I feel!!! I mean I don't want to die, but I literally feel like ending all this pain as well as myself at least 95% of the time! Because on top of all I've mentioned and I'm sure the things I forgot to mention there's so much more happening on top of it all and im not even going into that...I just wanted to be sure to not leave anything out in case someone out there reads and realizes what's going on with me on the main issue of the back to chest pain and the new out of nowhere pains I'm getting in knee/foot along with all the new falling asleep body parts! Id really like to know what you think. Hospital is only going to suggest a specialist which isn't an option with no insurance or money! If at all someone can say if they think what ever is going on will lead to my demise rather slow and painfully or quick and done I'd be great full! Thanks so much!
