Severe Abdominal Pain and Nausea

I was on the road and I suddenly felt an excruciating pain in my abdomen..It was so sharp that it prevented me to continue walking upright. I came home and went to the bathroom to pass some urine and it felt like my inside was coming out..I am still having the pain now (for more than 24 hrs) and i get dizzy at intervals.. A couple years back I was diagnosed with UTI and endometriosis... I also have swellings in my ankle on a regular basis...I am wondering what is the cause of these problems?

Go to the nearest E.R.! I don't mean to scare you..but please don't rely on this forum to help diagnose you. Your symptoms could be a wide range of things...(mild to life threatening). Good luck, and please keep us updated.

I'm unsure what to tell you besides the fact that pain that bad and swelling are symptoms that shouldn't be ignored. It's possible it's related to past illnesses, but really you need to get looked at by a dr asap.
