32 years old, unable to get a PCP, Urinary incontinence

I have been have issues for sometime now. Months ago started stuttering/delayed speech, and severe muscle spasms that came out of nowhere, and lasted for seven days. I get sick very easily, and have had an issue with lymph node that will not go down behind my left ear. The beginning of January I noticed some lumps behind my knee, and was told that it was probably nothing after I went to an urgent care of pharyngitis. They told me to check up on it if it did not go away within a month. The lumps are still there, and seem slightly bigger. I have frequent sciatic pain. After a major surgery two years ago (emergency hysterectomy from ruptured uterus)  I begin having problems with having to go to the bathroom constantly after drinking anything. The past few months a new problem has arrived that is very embarrassing. I have been leaking urine, sometimes without even knowing it. It happens even after I feel like I have emptied my bladder completely. It has gotten to the point where I need to wear something at all times. After my surgery I was told that during surgery my bladder was severely bruised, and required a CT to make sure there was no permanent damage. This CT was done a few hours after surgery. They said it was fine but it would hurt for a while, but would eventually heal. I have no idea if this is connected, and it probably is not, but I want to make sure I give all the information in case something makes sense. I have tried finding a PCP but there are so many that are not taking patients. I have not had a PCP since 2012 because I am terrified (only OBGYN)  after my last experience with going to one (PCP) . I found an office that told me they were taking patients, and that they would call within a few weeks to get me in. It has now been a month, and I am worried that no one is going to call. I guess my question is, Should I be worried about these symptoms? and if so, what is going on? I would appreciate any help with this. I also have had some rashes that have recently gotten worse on my arms, and a new rash on my face that seems to be dry, and red. Again might not be related, but just in case someone can give some insight to what in the world is going on and if I need to be worried. Thank you in advance.

Of course not, I do not mind at all. I have no problem going to a PCP. Most of the ones I have tried tell me they are not taking patients, and one told me they would call me in a few weeks to set up an appt. but it has been a month. I still have not heard form them. The last PCP I had was in 2012 when my husband was military. My PCP before that one while my husband was in the military would not do anything for me, test anything, for two years I suffered in pain. I had trouble eating. Eventually the pain got worse, and I begin getting really sick after every meal, to the point I would throw up, and sometimes just dry-heave. After I finally switched PCP's, I was able to get a doctor to look into the issue, and found out that I had one of the worst cases of reflux they had ever seen, and I also had a hiatal hernia. They did surgery a week after finding out. I feel like many times I am not being listened to, or taken seriously. I know that I need a PCP, and I am looking for one, but it has been extremely hard to find one that has good reviews that is excepting patients. I am terrified to go to anyone who has bad reviews because I do not want to feel like I am being ignored again. I am just wondering if these symptoms are something to worry about? Thank you so much for responding.

What happened to put you off going to a PCP, if you don't me asking?  It sounds like you really do need one to get some support and idea of what is causing your symptoms.
