4th time in three years with no diagnosys

My symptoms first started a month after arriving to Mumbai India, where I was station for 1 year.  I was hospitalized and treated with IV antibiotics as they thought I had Dengue Fever, but afterwards suggested it wasn't Dengue, but some other tropical virus.  Since then I have had four occurrences (2 back in Canada) and am currently 4 weeks into this illness.  It is completely debilitating  and I am unable to work at the moment.
Symptoms:
- Sore muscle feeling starting in right leg and progressing upward to groin area, where right side of groin is particularly painful/sensitive (even the skin).
- Groin Lymph node sensitivity as well as heat felt from the Lymph nodes (right side only).  One lymph is continually hard but was tested (needle) and was deemed fine.
- Immediate reduction in mental awareness and a feeling of “fogginess” felt throughout the duration of the illness.
- Extreme fatigue, weakness and lack of energy is associated with the symptoms as well.  Faintness to the point where any exertion over 15 to 30 minutes makes me shaky.
Usually within two to three days the sore muscle feeling progressing through buttocks and into arms and has “evened out” throughout my limbs.  The very painful groin area becomes less sensitive.   Another way of describing the sensation is “lead flowing through my veins” or a case of “pins and needles”.
Testing:
I have seen doctors in India and Canada and have had my blood work tested for all regular tests, with all showing perfect results. (thyroid, hiv neg, Hep tests, heavy metals, white blood counts, etc...all fine). Chest Xray is fine as well.
- CT Scan, Neurologist does not think this is neurologically related, but MRI scheduled anyway.  They did electro tests, and some needle in muscle testing as well, all fine.
- General Partitioner, Infectious/Tropical Disease Specialist, Neurologist already visited
- Still to come is a Rheumatologist appointment, head MRI and Pelvis Xray.

Any ideas?
Thanks...i need help.

The testing you have had is comprehensive, and it is unlikely that I would be able to come up with something over the internet that hasn't already been considered by your specialists.

I agree with the MRI and rheumatology consult.  Blood tests to evaluate the ANA level would be a reasonable initial test.

Another neurology consultation can be considered, given that the symptoms may be suggestive of peripheral neuropathy.  This should preferably be done at a major academic medical center.

Another, more specialized, test would be a muscle biopsy which can exclude rare muscle disorders that can lead to these symptoms.
