A lot of strange symptoms

I've been feeling horrible for the past few years now. I have always suffered from gastrointestinal problems, but it's been getting so much worse. I had gall bladder surgery last year b/c I had 7 gall stones the largest one being almost an inch in diameter. The surgeon told my mom he had no idea how I was even walking upright. I've also had docs tell me my thyroid is low, but not low enough to do anything about it. I've noticed my voice has gotten deeper, I grow these weird black whiskers out of my chin, neck, and cleavage. It's so embarrassing. I get these migraines like 3 times a week or more where they get so bad my vision gets blurry. I'm having a lot of short term memory problems. I've had cysts on my ovaries previously, but it's so painful when my husband and I have sex that it almost makes me cry. It's like having sex for the first time everytime. I also get sharp and throbbing pains in my ovaries, the right one more often than the left. I have no energy and sleep like 14 hrs a day and can't seem to get enough. I barely muster the energy to make it to work. I have dizzy spells and can't eat without getting sick. I've been having diarrhea everyday for the past couple months. No matter what I eat, even if it's just crackers and soup. It's all slimy and in shreds. Sometimes I can even tell in great detail what I've had to eat, just by looking in the toilet. I'm really scared b/c it's getting worse. I've become so irritable and angry and anxious, which is not me at all. I almost feel like someone else has inhabited my body. It's like I'm foreign to myself. I don't know what to do. I don't have health insurance anymore. I'm no longer in grad school and don't have benefits at my job. I just don't know what to do or what's wrong with me. I'm only 24, I shouldn't feel like this everyday!

I have been tested for STDs and my husband and I are faithful to each other. I do not have anything or any infections. I definitely have no problem getting wet. If anything else I have the opposite issue! lol. I've been considering that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Most of the women on my mom's side have fibroids and dermoid ovarian cysts. Ovarian Cancer also runs in my family on both sides. Lately, it seems like everyone in my family has had surgery to remove tumors (predominantly benign). I've also wondered if I could have a pituitary adenoma, which I know can throw off your endocrine system, and cause other issues (gall bladder probs, thyroid, and mental issues), and even sometimes it won't show up in an MRI.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Excess hair on face in females is usually due to excess of male hormones called androgens and this is called hirsutism. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of hirsutism. Adrenal gland problems like adrenal tumors, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Addison’s disease or Cushing’s syndrome also result in excess hair. At times the hair follicles are very sensitive to androgens in blood. This results in excess hair. Disorders of endocrine glands like pituitary, thyroid too cause this problem. Hence get this investigated as in your case PCOS is the likely cause.
Generally a stimulated and lubricated vagina accommodates any penis size. Maybe you are not stimulated and lubricated enough and both of you need to pace your self. Various causes of pain during intercourse are UTI and vaginal infection or vaginitis, a tight vaginal wall, sores at the mouth of vagina or vestibulitis, vulvodynia or a dry vagina, thrush or fungal infection , Pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic tumors, cervical and uterine infections and tumors. You can discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist. A PAP smear and a STD panel must be done too. Do consult your gynecologist.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!

It sounds like you probably have PCOS for one thing.  Something like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, lupus, etc.  Do a search for the symptoms of these and see if anything fits your situation.

It seems that you have a truely horrible situation,& all I can say is if it was me, I`d go to an Emergency Room & explain my problems & get the proper test done, Insured or not , you may be able to get medical assistance. A state hospitol should not be able to turn you away for lack of insurance, your health is more important. Good luck & May God Bless.

I've been to a few doctors and have been diagnosed as bipolar in the past, but every medication I was put on, made me go crazy! It made things worse. I think I've been mis diagnosed and I always get male doctors who tell me it's all in my head, or I can't be in that much pain. The most they do is give painkillers like Vicodin or Darvocet, which I abhor taking. I'm tired of doctors treating symptoms, instead trying to figure out the real underlying issue! I'm not crazy and everyone around me can tell I'm not well...I also get night sweats and sweat profusely. I can't seem to lose weight in my face or my stomach, no matter what I do. I tell this to doctors and they say diet and exercise. News flash, I've had a nutritionist and a personal trainer. I've documented my food intake, calories, fat, the whole shebang. Even they were stumped as to why I wouldn't lose weight. I'm scared things will get much worse if I don't get help.
