A lot of symptoms

I am a 24 year old female that was recently diagnosed with Anticardiolipin antibodies. For this I take Warfirin (blood thinner).  For about 6 months I have been really tired. I get around 7-9 hours a sleep a night and I am always tired. Sometimes I actually find myself falling asleep but being aware of my surroundings. I also have this chronic gas problem where I fart/burp constantly (my fiance says I fart way more then a women should), and It seems that when I eat it only takes about 30-40 minutes before I am ready to have a bowell movement. I also have a bowell movement about 5-8 times a day. Not to mention the gas/bowell movements smell really bad. My doctors don't seem to find this alarming, but I do. Also, my joints hurt constantly, mainly my knees, hips, ankles, lower back, and elbows. I am a fastpitch softball pitcher and have been for about 15 years, so I know that that will do a lot of damage, but I now have a desk job, and well it hurts to even work out. (I try and I almost always bring myself to tears because of the pain) When I was younger my doctor said I had growing pains, but its odd Im no longer growing and get the same pains worse then ever.  I also have the thing where py jaw pops if you open it too wide. My dentist said its just from stress, that I grind my teeth at night when I sleep. How is that possible When I know I breath with my mouth open? I just wish I knew what was going on. I know its harder for doctors since I have the anticardiolipin antibodies, but I really just wish it will all go away. Anyone have any suggestions?

Darlingdiva is right, get into a Rheumatologist and you might want to see a gastroenterologist too also because of the stomach/intestinal issues. Good luck

It was a hemotologist and an internal medicine doc that diagnosed me. I for got to mention that though im not the skinniest in the stomach im not huge either. My right side where the diaphram is seems to be bigger then the left. I dunno if fat can develop like muscle (if you use one side more that side is more developed i. e. Im a right handed fastpitch pitcher), but Sometimes my rightside feels a little odd compared to my left... It could all be in my head though...

See a rheumatologist. You may have a arthritic or other autoimmune condition. Not sure about the gas. Could be b/c of autoimmue problem. Sometimes they affect internal organs. If it's affecting the liver/gallbladder then it can cause gas. Also, you could just have a gallbladder problem. Gas is a symptom. Also you could be anemic. What type of doc dx the AC antibodies?
