Ache in neck muscles, constant throat clearing, raw/sore throat

I have had an uncomfortable feeling in my throat for a few years now. I did some research and came to the conclusion that it may be gerd with head and neck manifestations. I went to an ENT and he said something about post nasal drip and a PH imbalance. He preformed a procedure in my sinuses to open the passage to allow more air in. it did not help me at all. Then the pandemic hit and I was unable to visit for a follow up. Because of my insurance I have not been able to see a specialist because of the loops I have to jump through just to see one. I am waiting for a visit with my primary but am asking for help here in the meantime. But the symptoms I feel are a tightness/soreness in my neck muscles. An uncomfortable pressure/feeling in my ears occasionally. constant throat clearing to the point it feels raw, small pebble like stool passing, irritated feeling after meals. I have raised my bed and cut out a lot of things from my diet. I do have the occasional slip up but the uncomfortable feelings in throat are always there. I just recently started taking Apple cider vinegar pills and it helps with the feeling of bile in my throat every morning and after meals. Just recently the aches in throat started and its getting worse and its worrying me that its only getting worse. How can I stop all this?
