Aching pain that comes and goes, in my lower legs, lower arms, ribs and upper back

So, I've been feeling an aching pain in my lower front legs for a few weeks, it comes for a few seconds and then goes again. I occasionally get the same aching feeling in my lower arms. I also have aching in my lower ribs (under my breasts), mostly in the morning that fades after a while. I have also noticed twinges of pain in my breasts though that may be due to bad bras. I occasionally feel an ache in the centre/ slightly on my right side of my upper back. I also occasionally get a pain that radiates down my neck and there a 2 lumps at the top of my neck on one side that ache (maybe my lymph nodes?). Basically, the big thing is the aching pains in different parts of my body that comes for a few seconds and then goes (but comes back again soon, most regularly with my legs). Does anyone know what this might be?

It may be fibro or could be related to spine issues. As we age, our discs loose some moisture, so may intermittently cause nerve related pain/symptoms that come and go.

My mum has fibro, so if there is a genetic element there, that could be it. Do you know if with fibro, the pain can come for a few seconds and then disappear and then come back a few minutes later etc or is the pain generally constant?
