Afternoon nausea....

Hello everyone:  Since January, I have been having persistent headaches which my physician chalked up to stress (jury is still out on that diagnosis) and after acupuncture and other measures, they seem to be improving, but now I have this weird nausea that comes on in the afternoon...very strange.  I feel great when I get up in the morning and then it seems like this either creeps up on me, or comes out of nowhere in the afternoon.  Never to the point of vomiting, but very unsettling and uncomfortable.  No loss of appetite or any other symptoms.  I was recently diagnosed with slightly elevated ocular pressure (I have a referral to an ophthalmologist), but not sure that's it.  Any ideas?

Any nervousness or warning signs before the nausea? Aura like symptoms (spots in vision, flickering, light-headed, colorful hues that shouldn't be there)? I would assume you are suffering from migraines. Even though the head pain is being dealt with, the migraine can manifest in different ways. I would go see a neurologist who specializes in migraines. But also what are you eating, ever experience heartburn or indigestion before? If you get a burning feeling or upset stomach before vomiting, it could be GERD.

Did you start vitimins?  I had that, it ended up being folic acid I was taking.  Even hours after taking it caused nausea.  Sucking on fireball candies help.
