Agonizing mid shaft humerus pain

Two years ago, I went to my primary for R shoulder/arm pains. He sent me for x-ray. The results came back that my shoulder was ok but that they stumbled across a clavicle lesion. Primary said he'd keep an eye on it and to come back if I continued having pains. He has since sent me for two more x-rays. Radiologist suggested MRI after the first two x-rays and the most recent third report stated "nothing was noted". I have again recently requested  to be sent for MRI by my primary for agonizing pain in my humerus yet he states he can't due to my x-rays being "normal". He did send me for a humerus x-ray a few weeks and I have not received a response for results. I have torn my L bicep tendon before and this Does Not feel anything like that.  I am extremely concerned as the pains I am having are getting worse and have spread to my shoulder blade too. I have two children, one with Osteogenesis Imperfecta and the other with possible melanoma that I have to care for, I can not afford this chronic pain to continue. Can anyone please give me suggestions to help? Thank you in advance
