Should i tell my parents i think i have cancer

For a few months now I've had petechia( from what it looks like) come and go and I don't know why. I've also have occasional leg pain that starts at my hip and goes all the way down my leg and upper left abdominal pain that has been here for about 2 years. Some elbow discomfort as well. I've read up and I'm starting to get nervous because I think I may have leukimia. I don't have weight loss, haven't had a fever in years and no swollen spleen or lymph nodes. What could this be before I ask my mom to take me to the ER.

Im 18 years old male

I don't think it's cancer, more sciatica with the leg involve mentioned but get checked out anyway, no harm in hearing you have something simply treated.

Your abdominal pain, your hip pain and your elbow problems do need investigating.

The hip and leg pain may be coming from the lower spine.

With regard to the "petechial" you need this to be investigated also.

You should tell mom to book you an appointment with the doctor to get checked out.
