Any suggestions?

For five moths now I have had chronic pain in both legs, from the knees to the bottom of the butt. Feels like muscles soreness or strain from activity but has not changed with any treatment ie. heat, ice, physiotherapy, Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Particular pain in the inner knees. So much so that I am unable to bend the knees deeply. Blood work showed nothing ie. kidney, liver, thyroid functions. Xray on knees showed nothing. I am in my late 50s. Not overly active but not sedentary. Lost my job late January. ????? Finished Champix  8 months ago. ????? Dr has no idea and I am grasping at straws. Any suggestions?
