Are these symptoms somehow connected or...?

I’m a 25 year old woman desperately seeking a diagnosis or some relief for my symptoms.
I’ve always had headache, different types of it. But, for the last couple of years, the headache is focal and hurts only on the left side, on top of my head, sometimes just behind the eye. Sometimes I feel like it’s tingling, sometimes pulsating. I’ve been to at least four neurologists – most of them diagnosed me with migraine and prescribed me heavy meds that did not work at all. For the same period, my symptoms also included:
• Nausea: all the time, especially in the early mornings and late evenings;
• Weight gain: with no changes in lifestyle or dietary, I’ve gained approximately 55 pounds in the last 2-3 years, and I can’t seem to lose it, even having diets and loss of appetite;
• High blood pressure: always had low blood pressure and I started to notice it increasing up to 160x100 in the mornings, specially;
• High heart rate: with little effort, I feel my heart rate increasing easily, making me uncomfortable. The heart rate is always higher than 90/100 whenever I take my blood pressure. Sometimes, when I’m lying in bed to sleep I feel my heart beating so fast it prevents me from sleeping;
• Mental symptoms, such as confusion, trouble finding right words to speak, I feel like my brain is slow at thinking, things that never happened to me before.
• Low grade fever: I’m constantly feverish, eyes burning and hot feeling to the touch, although the temperature ranges from 37 to 38°C max.
• Constant infections: I’m always sick. My tonsils and my ear are constantly infected, what I don’t think it’s normal at my age (25). Only last month, I went in a course of five sequent antibiotics because the infection persisted, along with pain and fever. Only this year I must have taken at least 10 different antibiotics for both tonsillitis and middle ear infections.
This all combined is making my life hell. I feel like I can’t function properly, which is affecting my performance at work and my social life as well. I feel like I just want to sleep all the time, locked up in my room and taking a different pill each day: either for headache, for nausea, for infections, etc. I’ve been to multiple doctors specializations and no one seems to find out what’s wrong with me. The last exams showed esophagitis and medical gastritis, probably due the high use of antibiotics in short periods of time. My last exam (to diagnose ear problems) was a facial CT scan which showed “hyperaeration of lateral recess sphenoid”. The brain MRI was clear (without contrast) and the brain mapping EEG showed I have an endorphin deficiency. I have just scheduled a ENT doctor and a endocrinologist, waiting for the appointments. If someone has been to something like it, I’d appreciate ideas and words. Thank you all!

Thank you guys for all the helpful answers! It's nice to have some insight on what might be going on.

I had an endo appointment today and he suggest hormonal imbalance related to the thyroid and I'm also gonna get tested for a pheocromocytoma. I'll let you know whenever I get answers! Thanks again!

---Have your tissue magnesium levels checked!
Just don't go to your doctor and ask for this.
If it's too complicated to get a tissue magnesium test,
you can get as a second choice an RBC magnesium test.
If you are in the US you can get it online through a company called "Request a Test" for a fairly low price.

Note that the lab references for normal ranges has been
erroneously lowered to around 3.9-5.8 mg/dl.

For healthy functioning and elimination of  low magnesium symptoms normal levels should be above 6.00 mg/dl

Most of your symptoms-if not all- point to a significant magnesium deficiency.

To bring magnesium levels up, you can do transdermal magnesium oil daily and/or magnesium bicarbonate water.
( check online for details or message me )

For low endorphins, LDN, as Red Star mentioned, should  be your 1st line of treatment along with sun exposure, however, you must find a willing doctor to prescribe
Naltrexone (off label) and a compounding pharmacy to reformulate if into very small doses (2.00-4.5 mg each)

Have free T3, free T4 and reverse T3 thyroid tests done.
Insist on all 3 tests! If your results point to hypothyroidism,
it could be due to low magnesium and other thyroid-related deficiencies such as selenium, iodine, iron, etc.

You may also benefit from having your adrenal function checked.
As a reference only look at BioHealth Labs website.
The 1st test, I would consider , is the HPA Stress Profile
(Cortisol x 4 ,DHEA-S) .

Your Endocrinologist may have different ideas, but I'm offering some realistic "shortcut" alternatives, so you  can soon get desperately needed answers and consequently improvement.

Do not put all your eggs into one basket.
Some of your precious energy should be directed into seeking solutions outside the  established medical box.

The details in my post are not offered as a substitute for medical advice.

Best wishes,
Niko

I would recommend going to see a Vascular Specialist. Those can all be symptoms of ME or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Up to 90% of people with this condition are undiagnosed. Despite what most doctors will say, there actually is a condition that has been shown to cause ME/CFS. It's called Nutcracker Syndrome or Left Renal Vein Compression Syndrome. Severe compression of the Left Renal Vein can cause many of the problems you're describing.

Many people that get diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome also get diagnosed with another compression syndrome called May-Thurner Syndrome. I was recently diagnosed with this condition and was having many of the same symptoms that you have and it was causing me mild CFS. The problem is this condition is usually only diagnosed if you develop blood clots, but I never did and most people never will so it's rarely diagnosed. But it can cause
severe fatigue, muscle Weakness and pain, high blood pressure, cognitive dysfunction, anxiety and depression among many other problems. After having a stent placed in my Left Iliac Vein for MTS almost overnight my problems started getting better.

I know there are some good NCS and MTS groups on Facebook. Read some of their stories as many are similar to yours. Or Google:
Nutcracker Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome together. There actually is a lot of info out there about this condition causing the problems you're having. Unfortunately most doctors have never heard of these conditions so they are rarely diagnosed. Try to find a Vascular Surgeon that is very knowledge about these conditions. Good luck!

Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body (similar to that of morphine), are necessary for proper immune function, act as an analgesic (pain relief) and also play a role in regulating blood pressure and temperature, regulate appetite and support weight reduction.

Endorphin release may be stimulated with exercise, electro-acupuncture, massage therapy, chamomile, lavender oil, foods rich in vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, DLPA (containing D-phenylalanine and L-phenylalanine), LDN (low dose naltrexone) and sunlight.
