Bad taste in mouth when burping then vomiting?

Ever since about a year ago, I'll wake up with a bad taste in my mouth when I naturally burp. I can't really describe the taste because it's not familiar to me outside of this. I can go about my day as usual, but at night I'll get nauseous and stay in the bathroom until I vomit. I've tried to go to sleep, but then I just wake up and start vomiting with no warning. I stay hydrated and go to the bathroom normally but this still occurs and I've only once been able to avoid it by laying on the couch all day and barely eating or drinking besides water. Is there an easy remedy for this or do I have to seek medical help? From the little google searching I've done, I can't find anyone with similar symptoms to myself. This problem is actually happening to me as I'm writing this, and I'm hoping I can find a way to avoid throwing up. And is there a direct cause to this that I can avoid? Going through a normal routine with what I like to call "bile burps" is very uncomfortable because I'll be having a normal conversation and I'll burp then cringe because of the taste and people think I'm in pain our something. I really hope I can find a solution to this soon, because I've got too much on my plate at school to miss days because of a strange "illness" or something of the sort.

Hi there.
Im not a doctor but will try help.
What you describe sounds like Reflux.
Its when Acid in our stomach passes up through the osophagus and into the throat. It causes a horrid taste with a burning feeling.
Good news is its curable!

A lot of the time its aggrivated by diet.

Onions, Crisps and fried food are really  bad for it.
Garlic and cooking fats also. Things like Pizza etc
Alcoholol is a definite culprit too

The best thing is to make a list of food you eat over a month. See what triggers it!

There are meds from the Pharmacy that can help. eg Zantac

But try the food list first. Go to your doctor after the month and bring your data from the food list  and take his advice. Even a week or two on Zantac may help settle things for you.
