Blood in saliva

From couple of months when I suck my mouth hard and spit it out I start experiencing blood in m mouth. I have gone through several posts where this is a symptom of  "Cancer". I am really worried and when I go through posts i become paranoid. I do not want to go to a doctor. Could you please help me in understanding what could be the possible reason for this? I am 27 years of age. Waiting for u to reply.

Yup, sounds like a bleeding gum. Go to the dentist to have your plaque build ups removed.

Do you have any open sores in your mouth wear the blood could be coming from? When you brush your teeth does your gums bleed? The more info you can provide the better, but please keep in mind that the best way to get to the root of your problem is to see a doctor.
