Bumps on tonsil and behind tongue plus feeling ill?

Ok, first off, please don't freak out as I'm trying to recover, but I have been bulimic for 4 years now. I know bad things will happen, so I know I have to take that into consideration with throat issues.
Anyway, for a while now I've felt like there's a lining on my throat, in the back. Kind of like, every time I swallow, it might peel off. But it doesn't. It wasn't that sore... until I poked and prodded to see what was going on back there. I saw one of the bumps, one (white and about pea-sized) on my right tonsil and it bled a little bit.
Also, for longer than this has been going on, sometimes little white balls of stuff ( I don't know what) will come up in my saliva. They're about half the size of the balls on push-pins.

And, though I'm not sure if it's related or not, I've been feeling sick lately. Every time I stand up I get light-headed and see spots and the world seems to spin. Even if I have eaten and not purged it. I don't really feel weak, but its almost like I'm blinded for two seconds when I stand up or turn too fast.
My stomach has been upset for days, and I've had terrible headaches that don't go away no matter what I do. I've also been urinating a lot more than normal. And, unlike what I've read on a lot of websites when looking up what this might be, I have an increased appetite. Not so much that I'm hungry, but my stomach never seems to stop growling. I read that all that means is that there's nothing for it to digest, but I could've eaten quite a bit 25 minutes before that, and it'll growl like I haven't fed it all day.

Again, not sure if it's related or not, but, it looks like either one of my tonsils are deflated or the other one is swollen. I'm not sure which is which, but the white bump is on the bigger one.

Please share your ideas as I don't have that much money and don't want to waste the money on a doctor's visit unless I really have to.

The white things in your throat are called tonsils stones.  It sounds to me like you have cryptic tonsils.  Deep grooves in your tonsils catch food it grows bacteria and cause the white things.  I would clean them out.  Use a medicine syringe (like they give babies medicine with) and warm water and squirt them out/off.  They can cause bad breath.  Some people just have this and they can cause chronic tonsillitis.

As far as the dizziness when standing this is probably due to the normal drop in blood pressure that people have when rising to the standing position.  You may have low blood pressure to start with.  So maybe get your blood pressure checked.  Even if all you can afford is to go to Walmart or a pharmacy and use one of their machines.

As far as the frequent urination, stomach upset, and headaches, those can all be caused by problems with your blood sugar.  That is definitely worth looking into.  Try eating frequent small meals with protein and a sugar (fruit or fruit juice are great).  See if that helps.  If not, I'd definitely have a doc make sure there is nothing like diabetes going on.

Good luck!!

I have been a bulimic for 23 years, I do remember that exact thing happening to me, regarding the white things. If I pushed a little on them they would pop out. Somtimes they would even if I didnt push on them. I have smelled them and sorry to be gross they smelled like vomit. I think that it was food particles getting stuck in the crators in my tonsils. It hasnt in along time but when I use to get them I would start with a sore throat and I would push them out which afterwards my sore throat would lessen.

It is crazy about the stomach growling, mine does the same thing. Last time I womited was sunday, I havent been eating crazy for fear I am going to blow up, but right after I am done my stomache begins to growl I know I cant be hungry, maybe it is because I used to pack so much in there, almost to the point my stomache could burst, then vomit it all up. Now it has to get used to only a normal serving and then it has to do the work of digestion.?

how long has your throat had these bumps?  if it's something that just came on suddenly it could be strep throat.  i wouldn't poke around at them though.  the back of my throat kind of where it starts to go behind my tongue has little bumps too, but i think it's supposed to.  i dont know if they're supposed to be white though.  I know this probably doesn't help, but i did try!  I hope you get better soon!
