Burning sensations in head, static in hearing, dizziness

So I went and got surgery, my anemia is gone which doctors thought could be the cause of my problems. A few weeks after surgery my symptoms have returned and they only seem to be getting worse.

I’m losing hope. I feel like I’m dying and no one can find what’s wrong.

The dizziness is now way worse, I’ve developed static in my hearing, and the sharp burning sensations in my head have gotten a lot more frequent (it’s random spots throughout my head).

I had a false positive test for syphilis (RPR reactive 1:1 titer/FTA-ABS negative), should I request a penicillin shot for preventative measures?

I’m scheduled to see a neurologist in a few weeks.

I’m desperate for an answer. DESPERATE. I’m losing hope and just losing my spirit to this.

Please if anyone out there has any idea what I could possibly check for, I’ll be forever grateful..

No to the penicillin.  You don't want antibiotics when you don't absolutely need them, you are reporting enough problems without harming your immune system needlessly.  As to the rest, your doctors are way better informed than anyone on this website.  It could be so many things, thyroid, blood sugar, nutritional deficiencies, etc.  Just a lot that can go wrong.  If your docs can't find anything and you're not suffering from something like, say, severe anxiety, find better docs.  Hope it all works out.

Yeah all of my nutrition is good, normal thyroid and all of the possible regular blood tests they can do have been done. This week I’m feeling the worst ever, almost like I have a fever but without having an irregular temperature. Just that hot/cold head feeling, ugh can’t get an answer fast enough. I’ve been so out of it now, sometimes I randomly have flashbacks of things that happened in the past and just feel like I’m going to faint. Idk what to even do anymore.
