Can I have pulmonary hypertension if I aced a stress test?

I was recently diagnosed with sarcoidosis. I have a small pericardial effusion that was larger but decreased in size after prednisone. I've noticed difficulty running just 2 miles even though I've been doing this for a decade. The entire run is so hard. Used to be able to easily run 4-5 miles. I aced a stress test-high level and mets but felt awful the whole time. They want to do right heart Cath to look for pulmonary hypertension. Can you ace a stress test and still have PH. One early echo showed moderate tricuspid regurgitation. On the stress test my baseline rhythm showed right axis deviation. My hematocrit is always high (46) and I get dizzy when I look down. Otherwise super active no chest pain. Had a lot of resting shortness of breath prior to prednisone. Also my CXR and PFTS and chest CT are normal.
