Can any one help me identify this bug/parasite/worm?

My nightmare  began  7 yrs ago with  a bug flying out of my outer  top right ear. The Dr. laughed at me and told me he didn't have time for this. Over 3 dozen Drs and Specialists later , I still have no answers. They either don't  believe me, think I'm crazy or don't know what to do.
After only 6 months my hair began to be brittle and eventually  broke off.I have been wearing wigs ever since. But whatever it is that has infected me also infects my wigs. A synthetic  wig would last me at least one month at the beginning, then went to lasting 2 weeks , eventually  now to only one use. I say lasting, meaning  they would tangle up and become ratty, unfixable to wear. I'm grateful  to have been able to use a wig inorder to look " normal", but would love to have my own hair back. And take a break with beanies.
Next began the nose  and ear infections. Just  recently leading to the destruction  of all my teeth within a 7 month period.  I look like a freak now. When I try to seek medical help ,I'm being stereotyped as a stoner because  of the way I look. I try to explain and have gotten nowhere. Just this past year is when the pain started kicking in. I had given up on the Dr's. But decided to give them another chance. Recently I saw an ENT who laughed at me. But was given hope with a Dermatologist  who agreed to perform  several biopsies  on my scalp. I thought for sure finally we are  going to get answers and I'm going to be treated. I really thought the nightmare was over. Something  would  have to come up. Its impossible  not to since they are in every  centimeter  of my body now.
To my surprise, Nothing. Prescribed a solution,  that's all. Ive shown the following  clips  to my physicians that i'm going to post and still they can't assist me. I'm in the process  of submitting  my application  to the Undiagnosed Disease Network,  in hopes that  they will accept and treat me. If anyone can shed some light into my condition, Or see something  familiar.  I would be so grateful.  Anything . I would be interested  in hearing.  I appreciate  you listening  and giving  me your  time.
Sincerely,

Your photo doesn't show anything that I can tell but a blinking eye.  Having a bug in your ear isn't that unusual, really, if you're outdoors a lot, but a bug isn't a parasite or a worm and they don't fly.  So not sure what you think happened.  And sorry, but anything that is infecting your scalp wouldn't infect a synthetic wig.  It isn't alive.  It can't be infected.  So if this is real you need to be a whole lot more clear about what you think is happening.  No doctor would laugh at someone who had lost their hair and their teeth, so I've gotta say again, is this real?
