Can anyone help my dry mouth?

For two years, I've had a constant dry mouth (24/7). I wake up extremely dry and it slightly improves within a few minutes. However, though out the day my saliva is extremely thick (viscous) and is slightly decreased in amount. When I eat, I feel total relief. When talking and just lying around, I feel dried out.  I cannot figure it out. I've had numerous tests for candida, blood work (vitamin deficiencies and sjogren's). Nothing stands out. Doctors are stumped and they don't seem to feel it's a serious problem. I feel lots of discomfort from this though. Anyone here have anything in common? Any solutions? God bless!

How well hydrated do you keep your body? I have dry mouth so much  but I think  mine is from anxiety.I also drink  coffee which makes my mouth dry.

Try this: slices of lemon slices of cucumber shavings of real ginger root cut the outside off use only the white part inside and chopped up real mint. Put all in a glad pitcher with ice and fill with bottled water.  Put I  freezer 15 minutes and pour in all tall glass and drink.

Sometimes we just don't drink enough water and out mouth gets sticky.  This clean beverage utilizes the cells in the mouth to over come extreme dryness.  You will drink more and more as you are detoxing your body.

Eliminate all white foods donuts candy etc from diet.  If you want a little that's fine only the portion size of your palm.   Eliminate sodas from the diet as they rob your body of nutrients and empties your wallet!  Ugh!

Take an iron tab low dose once a week along with Vit e 500 MG b complex 500 MG  magnesium with d and calcium and zinc

You should feel better walk, 15_30 before dinner if huge salad tomatoes cucumbers green peppers red and yellow. Peppers onions sunflower seeds raisins and cooked chicken cubes..  Yum.  You can purchase cooked chicken cubes from Walmart any brand will do.  Eat veggies beans peas etc toss them on salad too

You will loose weight feel great and no more dryouth

Yes our diet has a lot to do how we feel

Anything you make from a box is poison

Look at the ingredients and be shocked!.  Anything over, 400 MG sodium is too high for daily requirement

Eat clean feel good

Hope this helps my darling

Hello.

Deficiencies of iodine, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) or niacin (B3) can  cause dry mouth problems. Sometimes a B-complex will relieve dry mouth, but in this case taking the individual B-vitamins separately seems to work much better.

I believe there is also a toothpaste with Biotin (a B Vitamin) in it, this also helps with dry mouth.
