Can anyone tell me why my body was shaking and heart racing please
Okay so I just came home from a night out with my friends and I went to bed a couple of hours later. I was just laying in bed when suddenly I feel this shaking, I thought it was a weak earth quake but turns out it was my whole body shaking and my heart beating so fast. I wasn’t panicked or distressed in any way. I was relaxed and have no physical or mental problems. I’m 16 years old and never experienced this before
