Can gallbladder problems cause frequent urination

I found out I have gallstones and will more than likely need surgery soon. I’ve noticed lately I’ve been having to urinate more frequently. I don’t nirmally get up in the night to go but during the day I go more than I used to. I was curious if this can be because of my gallbladder issues

Hello~Niko has given you some very good advice. I agree, I don't believe that gall bladder issues effect the frequency of urination. I suspect that this could be due to  a blood sugar disorder.

I hope you get the relief you need soon. God bless you.

I have the same problem urinating all the time, supposed to get gall bladder out next week and I do have sugar but the urinating has been going on for a couple of months and I have not mentioned it to doctor. I have just thought it was my sugar, but it is driving me crazy. .

It is likely a separate issue and not related directly to gallstones.
Make sure you rule out diabetes, Urinary track infection
and kidney problems which could be underlying conditions causing the frequent urination.
If the volume is higher (not just frequency) it could have to do with possible blood sugar issues.
For males, it's wise to also rule out prostate-related conditions.
I hope this helps,
Niko
