Has anyone had similar symptoms?

I am a 24 y/o male. For two years I have had headaches daily as well as fatigue, nausea, and generally feeling awful.

A couple symptoms have been more recent/intensified:
-Intense thirst and dry mouth, dehydrated and urinate directly after hydrating
-Nausea and dry heaving
-Feel worse sometimes after eating, but occasionally feel better
-headaches constantly has been the first symptom and have been consistent since 2018.

I have been tested with -
-CT and MRI scans (came back normal)
-bloodwork (normal including a fasting one for blood sugar levels)

I have seen countless doctors as well, some have said stress, but I'm really not that stressed out (except due to these debilitating issues).

Has anyone experienced or know someone who has experienced this combination of symptoms? I have never had health issues before now.

What are you hydrating with, and what are you eating?

I'd wonder if you have a food allergy or are drinking a lot of sports/energy drinks that have a lot of caffeine/sugar, to start.
