Can't take the tired, hurting, headaches, loss of memory, etc, anymore!

Don't know where to turn! Been to several dr's who send me to specialist after specialist. I am so tired everyday, i fight to go to sleep at night because I dread the struggle that I go through to get up in the morning. It's painful-I physically hurt all over especially my head. I've been diagnosed with everything from depression, chronic migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic back pain, to Fibromyalgia. I take my antidepressants but after 15 plus years I feel like I just want to give up! I'm sick and  tired of feeling sick and tired!!!! I just want to feel happy and normal and NOT in pain or TIRED! If anyone has any idea of where i can turn for help, please let me know. This is the first time in 20 years of fighting with this that I actually feel like I can't take it anymore, maybe my family will be better off....

You need to seek alternative advice. Chinese medicine will have your answer. It would interest me to know what sort of things you eat?

Hi, I've had a similar problem to you for the last 10 years, I don't know if I can be much help but I know it makes me feel a bit better knowing that someone else is in a similar boat.  The doctors just keep telling me it's anxiety but I don't know if that's just so they can fob me off with antidepressants.  I've tried several over the years and none of them helped but last year I had a slight breakthrough when I tried sertraline.  My symptoms improved by about 50 % but then I got pregnant and had to stop taking them.  I'm going to go back on them again and try a higher dose to see if that helps even more.  If you ever want to chat my email is ***@****, all the best.

@maatson they are right. You might not want to hear this BUT i too had the same issues (if you smoke i dont need to go on) and what i did was

2-15 minute workout (walking is the best) if you can not do that, do at least 15 min. of Stretching
3-NO white foods i.e. sugar, potato, bread.....if you need sugar switch to Stevia.Substitute:wheat bread,sweet pot.whole grain Pasta....ps EVOO is very good for you as well.
4-most people hate to hear this and know it already BUT NO soda (NONE) I lost 10 pounds when I gave up diet soda. Let me know if any or all of it works for you?/ i would be really floored if the vitamins didnt.GL

From what I can see you have no organic problem.Why do you not turn to physical exercise, yoga or mind relaxation techniques?
