Chest pain

Hi,
I’ve been having a weird chest pain(to the right, an inch from center of chest or conjunction point of 2nd true rib and sternum if this could give better picture).  It’s weird because if gives no relief is chest is pressed so I believe it might have to do something with underneath the rib.  Secondly, as head is moved side ways or as chin is put down it hurts and breathing intensifies the pain a bit.  Thirdly, I’ve noticed that this pain is common when temperature drops(rainy season/winter) lack of sunshine and it strikes over night only(no breathing problems as such).
To give brief history, I suffer from sinusitis(frequent nose congestion) and post nasal drip(irrespective of any weather condition).  Couple of year back this thing had started and took medications for eosinophilia which bought things to normal.  Currently under no medication.
This time I’ve been suffering from the pain for almost a month.
I’d like to have advise regarding tests that could be taken(blood or imaging) and what could be the aliment considering highlighted symptoms.
Thanks.

Any memory of tweaking something, like in a fall, getting struck, or doing ab exercises?
