Chills 2 hours after going to sleep
I have been experiencing chills nightly for a couple of weeks, was just a couple of times a week now it's nightly no fever!
Possibly your hormones are shifting. How old are you? I get hot at night and then sweat a bit and then get the chills (cold sweat) and it wakes me. Joy.
