Chronic cough

CT of chest: biapical parenchymal fibrotic stranding
negative TB skin test
? cause of the stranding

67 yrs old

? post nasal drainage
? acid reflux
Should I seek additional advise re x-ray.
(Had squamous cell carcinoma, microinvasive (from hypertrophic actinic keratosis) excised from right clavicle medial area.

It could be allergies or some kind of viral infection.

If its really bothering you go to an EMT or a general doctor.

Whenever I get a really bad cough my doctor gives me zithromax and hydrocodone with an antihistamine and a decongestant, it really helps a lot.

probably go back to your doctor could be allergies or sinus or asthma acid reflux and asthma can go hand in hand get it checked out.  good luck.
