Chronic hand and finger pains

Hi, not sure if anyone can shed any light on this but I’m at a loss really as nobody can seem to help me.
I’m a 26 year old woman and in November I was diagnosed with ruptured ovarian cysts, had a scan for that and it has all normalised now. I’m December I was diagnosed with gallstones which were causing me a lot of pain so I am waiting to have the gallbladder removed. I then had a pain in my left thumb joint all of a sudden, it then moved to my wrist and then all into my hand, a chronic ache and throb and cramping. It then started exactly the same in the other hand, the same pattern aswell and is chronic in both of them! I have been to doctors multiple times who don’t know what it is, arthritic tests are all normal and as are xrays. I have been referred to a rheumatologist but the next appointment isn’t for another 6 months so I don’t know what to do. In this time around the same sort of time as the hand pain started, I had the Nexplanon contraceptive implant removed.
I had a test for PCOS and I am borderline apparently of which results were going to be sent off to an endocrinologist.  I have a bumpy red rash which only appears on my palms, not sore or itchy just there. That goes with a steroid cream. My hands haven’t swollen or gone red or look any different, they are just so painful and cramp and achey to do anything and they feel weak. I haven’t lost any grip they just hurt. I have tried physio and acupuncture and nothing helps. They have been painful for 6 months now.
If anybody could think of anything or suggest anything I would be most grateful! I am at a loss of what to do next now.

Ugh, you have a lot going on girl.  Sorry it's sounding quite complicated and probably is hard to deal with it all.  I'd guess some unrelated things may be happening all at once.  In a forum like this, you just get ideas of other things to look for or ask about or research.  Fresh eyes based on other's experience.  One thing you can look into is scleroderma.  This is a rare disorder but it happens.  It happens when too  much collagen is produced in the body and builds up.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/scleroderma/symptoms-causes/syc-20351952  Semi rare but have a friend that has it.  Most prevalent in women. Your rash and issues with your hand made me think of this.  It can really cause a wide range of things within the body.  Seeing a rheumatologist is best as you are so get on that wait list.  This is how that diagnosis is made.  https://www.rheumatology.org/I-Am-A/Patient-Caregiver/Diseases-Conditions/Scleroderma  A lot of people will wear a hand brace or thumb brace for this kind of pain in the mean time.  You could try that.  And can you take anything like ibuprofen?  Does that help with the pain?
