Chronic sinus symptoms and headaches

I'm a 25 year old female. As a child, starting as early as 4 or 5, I was always going in and out of my doctors office for strep, URIs, and tonsillitis. In my teens the infections nearly stopped, same into adulthood, but since then I have been ALWAYS congested. I can't breathe properly through my nose for this reason, making sleep difficult and leaving me sleepier than normal, which is a lot with my bipolar and GAD. I also have a lot a headaches in the back of my head and on the top too, but I believe those are from my mental disorders and unrelated to my sinus problems, but I do get frequent sinus headaches and painful aches behind the eyes. I have a terrible cough in the morning, mostly coming from deep in my chest and causes chest pain and a terrible headache from coughing so much. I've been diagnosed with bronchitis more than once, most recently in 2017 where the infection was debilitating enough where I couldn't properly work. I also always have sores, cuts, and scabs in my nose that itch frequently and can be very painful. I just want to breathe through my nose again lol. Allergy medications help a little, but not by much.
