Constant Nausea and Shaking Hands

Hi, I have a feeling of constant nausea and the need to get sick when I eat as well as when I don't eat. I am anaemic and suffer occasionally with low blood pressure but lately I cannot seem to control my sugar I have done all the blood tests the doctors can think of and everything has come up clear. I am also extremely thirsty and my mouth is constantly dry however if I drink water I have a feeling of being bloated too much which in turns leaves me tired and dizzy. is there a quick and easy way I can either bring my sugar up enough to stop the shaking hands and for me to eat something without having to swallow five times after every bite in fear I may throw up. I am also having trouble sleeping due to the shaking when i lie down i can feel it through my whole body. I was in hospital last week and doctors have ruled out any possible option of diabetes, cancer, and the serious conditions. I follow a strict diet but it still is not helping. Any suggestions? I start to get these spells during the day where I feel like I am actually floating out of my body. Seriously confused and worried something may happen.
