Constant Nausea and dizziness

Hi there, I’m an 18 year old female and for the last four months have been feeling nauseaous everyday, I am taking ondansetron but it’s not good to be on that for long term. I’ve also been experiencing dizziness, spots when I blink and also floaties when my eyes are open, tiredness, weird bowel habits, acid reflux which I’m on pills for and really bad tummy cramps. I also have been getting headaches, constant sore throat and I feel like something is dripping down my throat occasionally. The doctors really aren’t being much help and I can’t work because of this and I want to be better! Does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong? I’ve been tested for infections, liver function, cbc, celiac all the basic stuff

Sorry you are feeling so bad.  Do you track when it happens? Is it all day or different times of the day? I thought of blood sugar issues (like low blood sugar) when you mention nausea, dizziness, seeing floaties.  I have that reaction when I have low blood sugar.  So, when it happens would help to understand if that is part of it.

I was on Omeprazole because of bad digestion pain for 4 years then it went away for unknown reasons.
Your eye issues are likely unrelated. Did the doc agree that the eye issues you list are really happening?
