Constant hunger pains and nausea

I began feeling sick to my stomach about 5 days ago.  I would feel okay for a few minutes and then get waves of nausea.  I thought that maybe I was getting a virus but never got fever, chills, etc.  I then began getting gassy pains in my upper abdomen.  I woke up this morning feeling like I swallowed a golf ball.  The pains feel like hunger pains and every few minutes I feel as if I need to burp.  The lump in my throat is still there and it's beginning to make me paranoid!! Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

If you are female or male of any age, these can be signs of an acute heart problem. Even if you are feeling better today please check into this immediately.
